Eliminates licensure fees for social worker applicants under Arizona Revised Statutes Title 32, Chapter 33, Article 5.

Reduces application fees to $150 for applicants with income above 130% of federal poverty level, and $50 for applicants from military families, receiving state benefits, or with income below 130% of federal poverty level.

Establishes requirement for Board of Behavioral Health Examiners to annually reserve 1% of monies collected from social worker applicants to fund scholarships for examination materials and licensure costs.

Requires Board to adopt rules implementing the fee elimination and reduction structure for social workers, with interim application of reduced fees until rules are officially adopted.
