Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 46-207.01 to increase the minimum cash assistance standard from 36 percent to 40 percent of the 2020 federal poverty level adjusted for family size.

Updates the reference year for calculating federal poverty level from 1992 to 2020 for determining temporary assistance for needy families (TANF) eligibility and benefit amounts.

Appropriates $13,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Department of Economic Security to implement the increased cash assistance levels.

Specifies that increased assistance should align TANF cash assistance with the national median level as determined by the Department of Economic Security.
