Amends section 12-1809 of Arizona Revised Statutes to address injunctions against harassment when they conflict with family court orders involving minor children.

Requires municipal courts and justice courts to transfer cases to superior court if an injunction against harassment protecting a minor child would conflict with existing maternity, paternity, annulment, legal separation, or dissolution of marriage orders.

Allows lower courts to hold hearings on harassment injunctions if requested before receiving written notice of a conflicting superior court family action.

Protects validity of harassment injunctions issued by lower courts when the court was unaware at the time of issuance that protecting a minor child would conflict with an existing higher court family order.

Clarifies that harassment includes a series of acts directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to be seriously alarmed or annoyed, or one or more acts of sexual violence.
