Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 38, Chapter 5 by adding Article 7.1 regarding retirement system investments.

Prohibits the ASRS board and the board of trustees from making new investments or renewing existing investments in private prison companies.

Requires complete liquidation of all existing investments in private prison companies on or before July 1, 2022.

Defines "private prison company" as any entity generating the majority of its revenue from operating, managing, or contracting as a prison or detention center.
