Authorizes farm wineries to operate up to two remote tasting and retail premises in addition to their primary location, subject to director approval and local governing body recommendation.

Allows farm wineries producing 20,000 gallons or less annually to sell wine directly to on-sale and off-sale retailers, in addition to existing direct-to-consumer sales.
