Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 12-2802 to add subsection J establishing that genetic testing information is the exclusive private property of the person tested, except as otherwise authorized or required by state or federal law.

Applies to genetic testing and derived information held by both public and private entities.

Maintains existing confidentiality protections and permitted disclosure circumstances established in prior subsections of the statute.

Clarifies property rights over genetic information while preserving lawful disclosure exceptions for medical care, research, health department activities, and other authorized purposes.
