Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 9, Chapter 8 by adding Article 6 to authorize municipal fire service taxes.

Allows cities and towns to assess and levy a secondary property tax for fire protection services and emergency medical services, subject to voter approval in an election.

Election procedures follow standard municipal election rules for notice, voting, poll lists, vote canvassing, and certification.

Ballot language shall read "fire service tax, yes" and "fire service tax, no".

Requires cities and towns to provide a publicity pamphlet pursuant to existing statute section 9-826 for any fire service tax election.
