AZ HCR2004

Repeals Title 1, Chapter 5 of Arizona Revised Statutes and eliminates immigration-related eligibility restrictions and reporting requirements from multiple sections of Arizona law.

Removes requirement that adult education programs only serve citizens, legal residents, or those lawfully present in the United States, along with associated reporting provisions.

Removes restrictions on in-state student classification based on citizenship or immigration status for community college and university students, eliminating associated reporting requirements.

Eliminates requirement that child care assistance applicants be citizens, legal residents, or otherwise lawfully present in the United States, and removes reporting requirements related to denials based on immigration status.

Submits the measure to voters at the next general election as a referendum measure for approval or rejection.
