Commends United States Border Patrol agents for their courage, dedication and sacrifice in safeguarding Arizona and the nation.

Acknowledges the Border Patrol's responsibility for securing 1,993 miles of the southern border established since 1924.

References unprecedented illegal immigration numbers, including over 100,000 apprehensions in June 2019, a 140% increase compared to June 2018.

Recognizes Border Patrol's role in preventing trafficking of people, narcotics and contraband, and protecting against terrorism.

Directs the Arizona Secretary of State to transmit the resolution to the President of the United States and all Arizona Congressional members.
