• Expresses legislative support for the federal Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2019, which would condition Medicaid family planning funding on states gathering and reporting comprehensive abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including instances of infants surviving abortion attempts.

• References Arizona's existing law (A.R.S. § 36-2301) requiring physicians to use all available medical means to preserve the life of any fetus or embryo delivered alive during an abortion procedure.
