Proposes an amendment to Arizona Constitution Article IV, Part 2, Section 4 regarding disqualifications for legislative membership.

Removes references to "postmaster of the fourth class" from the list of offices that do not disqualify someone from serving in the legislature.

Adds "and" before "United States commissioner" to correct grammatical structure in the constitutional provision.

Requires submission of the proposition to voters at the next general election for approval as provided by Arizona Constitution Article XXI.
