• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 44-286 regarding retail installment contracts for motor vehicles.

• Increases minimum font size requirement for the printed portion of retail installment contracts from 8 point to 12-point type.

• Increases minimum font size for required notices and statements (including liability insurance disclosure and buyer notice) from 10 point to 15-point bold type.

• Maintains requirement that acknowledgment of contract delivery appear in at least 10-point bold type directly above the buyer's signature.
