Amends AZ Revised Statutes section 38-431.03 to add a new category of matters that can be discussed in executive sessions: discussion or consideration of matters relating to school safety operations or school safety plans or programs.

Allows public bodies to hold executive sessions on school safety matters without requiring public disclosure of the discussion.

Makes technical corrections to the statute, changing "upon" to "on" and "which" to "that" for grammatical consistency.

Designated as an emergency measure effective immediately upon passage.
