Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-606 regarding the Department of Veterans' Services' duties as executor, administrator, guardian, or conservator.

Changes the language from "conditioned upon" to "conditioned on" regarding the department's corporate surety bond of $500,000 posted with the secretary of state.

Requires courts to authorize charges for each estate's share of bond premiums to be paid from estate assets and deposited into the state general fund.

Specifies that the department shall determine the charge to be made against each estate for which it serves as administrator, conservator, executor, or guardian.
