Adds a new category allowing public bodies to hold executive sessions to discuss security plans, procedures, assessments, measures, or systems relating to security or safety of buildings, facilities, operations, critical infrastructure, and information technology.

Records, documentation, notes, or other materials created during these security-related executive sessions are confidential and exempt from public disclosure under Arizona law.

Defines "critical infrastructure" by reference to Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1801 and "information technology" by reference to section 18-101.

Maintains existing restrictions that executive sessions cannot be used for final votes or legal actions binding the public body without a subsequent public vote.

Changes grammatical language throughout the statute from "which" to "that" and other minor technical corrections.
