SB 1052 Summary

• Repeals section 41-3020.24 of Arizona Revised Statutes and adds new section 41-3028.24 to relocate the board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners within the statutory framework.

• Board of homeopathic and integrated medicine examiners terminates on July 1, 2028.

• Title 32, chapter 29 and the new termination section are repealed on January 1, 2029.

• Legislature continues the board to promote safe and professional practice of homeopathic and integrated medicine under section 41-2955, subsection B.

• Changes apply retroactively from July 1, 2020.
