Repeals section 41-3020.02, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively from July 1, 2020.

Adds section 41-3028.02 to establish a termination date of July 1, 2028 for the state board of psychologist examiners.

Repeals Title 32, chapter 19.1 and the new termination section on January 1, 2029.

Continues the state board of psychologist examiners to regulate the practice of psychology for public health, safety, and welfare purposes.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2020.
