• Creates requirement for the Department of Education to establish and post a statutory handbook of parental rights on its website.

• Handbook must include the full text of Title 1 Chapter 6 and specific sections of Title 15 (sections 102, 110, 113, 117, 351, 721, 722, and 730).

• Requires all school districts and charter schools in Arizona to post a prominent link to the statutory handbook on their publicly accessible websites.
