AZ SB1070

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 12-1156 regarding the right to dismiss eminent domain proceedings for public works projects.

Allows plaintiffs to withdraw or dismiss complaints at any time before title to property vests, with respect to any or all property described in the complaint.

Prohibits plaintiffs from initiating another eminent domain proceeding for the same property and same or related project for at least two years if the complaint is dismissed without prejudice before compensation and damages are paid.

Changes statutory language from "prior to" to "before" for technical correction purposes.
