• Establishes two licensure pathways: one for doctors with medical/osteopathic degrees practicing integrated medicine (subsection A), and one for practitioners with homeopathic training only practicing homeopathic medicine (subsection B).

• Requires applicants seeking licensure under subsection B to complete an approved training program including either homeopathic school, 500 hours supervised training, Council for Homeopathic Certification, or board-approved equivalent.

• Transfers executive director duties from an independently appointed position to the acupuncture board's executive director, with acupuncture board staff handling administrative responsibilities for the homeopathic board.

• Restricts scope of practice for subsection B licensees to homeopathy and nutrition only, prohibiting invasive procedures, controlled substances, and prescription drugs.

• Requires fingerprinting and criminal background checks for all applicants beginning July 1, 2021, and clarifies professional titles and designations permitted for each licensure category.
