• State Board of Education must examine and research graduation requirements for high school students who are delinquent juveniles or incorrigible children under court order.

• Study must be conducted in collaboration with Arizona Board of Regents universities, community colleges, and the juvenile court system.

• Covers students ordered to probation departments, private agencies/institutions, Department of Juvenile Corrections, or residential treatment services.

• State Board of Education must submit findings and recommendations report to the Governor, Speaker of the House, President of the Senate, and Secretary of State by December 15, 2020.

• This requirement expires January 15, 2021.
