Requires law enforcement agencies to request activation of the emergency alert system when investigating missing foster children, provided they have exhausted local resources, determined suspicious circumstances, and information is available to aid recovery.

Mandates investigating law enforcement agencies collect and disseminate child information (photos, physical descriptions, identifying marks, last seen location, clothing description) to other state law enforcement agencies and their social media platforms.

Requires the Department of Child Safety to disseminate missing child information to other state notification entities, major media outlets, and their own social media platforms.

Directs the Department of Child Safety to notify state and federal agencies providing funding for the missing child to cease financial support and report confirmation to legislative leadership within 30 days, and to contact the child's biological family regardless of parental rights status.
