Amends Arizona law regarding insurance adjuster licensing and qualifications under sections 20-321 and 20-321.01.

Waives examination requirements for applicants who hold a claims certificate from a national or state-based claims association with at least 40 hours of preexamination coursework, a proctored examination, and 24 hours of biennial continuing education.

Clarifies that licensed insurance producers supervising or adjusting claims under the employee/contractor exemption are not required to obtain separate adjuster licenses.

Adds exemption for employees of third-party administrators or self-insured employers who adjust only workers' compensation claims.

Expands licensing eligibility for Canadian residents and non-licensed adjuster state residents to obtain Arizona licenses specifically for portable electronics insurance claims adjustment.
