Requires contractors or persons in charge of hospitals to maintain written records of patient names, admission dates, diagnoses, length of stay, and discharge or death dates.

Mandates quarterly filing of verified statements containing the required patient information with the board.

Contractors cannot receive payment for services until they comply with all record-keeping and filing requirements.

Makes technical corrections to gender-neutral language by replacing "he" with "the contractor" throughout the statute.
