AZ SB1150

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-5110 to modify language regarding actions to restrain violations.

Allows the director to bring a superior court action in Maricopa County against persons authorized under the article who are violating state law or rules adopted by the director.

Changes the statute to include past violations ("has violated") in addition to ongoing violations ("is violating") as grounds for the director to seek injunctive relief.

The director may restrain or enjoin persons from continuing violations of laws, rules, or orders under their enforcement or administration.
