Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 36-2907 to add comprehensive dental care as a covered service for women at least 21 years old who are pregnant at any stage of pregnancy under AHCCCS.

Appropriates $468,100 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the AHCCCS administration to provide the dental services for pregnant women.

Appropriates an additional $3,630,600 one-time from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to cover costs from eligibility changes related to introducing the dental benefit for pregnant women.

Requires AHCCCS to report actual costs incurred for providing dental services to pregnant women and eligibility-related costs by October 1, 2021 to designated legislative and executive officials.
