Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 49-117 regarding supplemental environmental projects (SEPs) initiated or accepted by the Department of Environmental Quality.

Corrects grammatical error by changing "any of the following apply" from "apply" to "applies" to match singular subject "any."

Maintains requirements that SEPs must advance at least one objective of environmental statutes underlying the enforcement action and establish adequate nexus to the violation.

Defines nexus as existing when a project is designed to reduce future similar violations, reduces adverse impacts to public health or environment, or reduces overall risk to public health or environment potentially affected by the violation.
