Establishes a two-year electric vehicle charging station pilot program administered by the Department of Administration.

State universities and the legislature receive funding for actual costs of installing charging stations: 20 stations each at Arizona State University and University of Arizona, and 10 stations each at Northern Arizona University and the legislature.

Department of Administration may allow private entities to operate retail fee-based charging stations at the legislature and on Arizona Board of Regents university properties.

Department must submit a report by December 31, 2022 to legislative leadership and the governor detailing revenues, costs, and estimated greenhouse gas emissions avoided.

Appropriates $500,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to the Department of Administration for the pilot program; section repeals December 31, 2022.
