Community colleges must jointly conduct a study to determine methods for helping students learn about and apply for state and federal financial benefit programs.

Study must include stakeholders from the governor's office, community college leadership, and agencies that distribute benefits.

Community colleges must submit a report with findings and recommendations to the governor, legislative leadership, and relevant committee chairs by February 1, 2021.

"Community college" is defined by reference to Arizona Revised Statutes section 15-1401.

Study requirement automatically repeals on December 31, 2021; bill is designated as emergency legislation.
