Requires candidates for president of the United States to submit copies of federal and state income tax returns for the immediately preceding five years to the Arizona Secretary of State no later than September 15 before the general election.

Presidential elector candidates for a political party become ineligible to appear on the general election ballot if their party's presidential candidate fails to submit the required income tax returns.
