Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 3-2401 to prohibit the use of Sodium Fluoroacetate and sodium cyanide in predator control devices.

Applies the prohibition to the Department of Agriculture, governmental agencies, counties under cooperative agreements with the department, and any other person in Arizona.

Defines "predator control device" to include: dispensers that propel these chemicals when activated by animals, livestock protection collars designed to release chemicals when punctured, gas cartridges or pyrotechnic devices that emit chemical fumes, and any other means of dispensing these chemicals for wildlife management or animal control purposes.

Maintains existing authority to control predatory wildlife and noxious rodents through other lawful methods in cooperation with federal agencies.
