Increases the compulsory school attendance age from 16 to 18 years old for all children in Arizona.

Modifies section 15-702 to raise the minimum age for high school equivalency diploma eligibility from 16 to 18 years old.

Changes section 15-802 to require school attendance or alternative approved education for children ages 6 to under 18 (previously 6 to 16).

Updates sections 15-803 and 15-805 to extend truancy laws and attendance officer enforcement authority to children under 18 years of age.

Raises the employment exemption age from 14 to at least 16 years old for children who work at lawful wage-earning occupations.
