Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3101 to expand the definition of "prohibited weapon" to include trigger cranks, bump-fire devices, and any parts or accessories designed to accelerate the rate of fire of a semiautomatic rifle without converting it to a machine gun.

Defines "machine gun" by reference to 26 United States Code section 5845(b) and "semiautomatic rifle" by reference to 18 United States Code section 921(a)(28).

Clarifies that prohibited weapon provisions do not apply to firearms or devices lawfully possessed, manufactured, or transferred in compliance with federal law.
