Establishes the maternal mental health advisory committee to recommend improvements for screening and treating maternal mental health disorders.

Director of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System serves as chairperson and appoints additional members including healthcare providers (obstetricians, pediatricians, psychiatrists, nurses), Indian health services representatives, peer support and treatment organization representatives, and hospital and law enforcement representatives.

Committee must submit a report with recommendations to the House and Senate health and human services committees by December 31, 2021.

Committee authority expires June 30, 2022.
