Repeals section 41-3020.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes.

Adds new section 41-3028.01 establishing that the Department of Revenue terminates on July 1, 2028.

Repeals title 42, chapter 1, article 1 and the new termination section on January 1, 2029.

Continues the Department of Revenue to administer and collect state taxes and determine valuation of centrally assessed property, pursuant to section 41-2955, subsection B.

Applies retroactively from and after July 1, 2020.
