Repeals section 41-3020.15, Arizona Revised Statutes, effective retroactively to July 1, 2020.

Adds section 41-3030.01 establishing that the legislative council terminates on July 1, 2030, with Title 41, chapter 8, article 1 repealed on January 1, 2031.

Continues the legislative council to improve legislation quality and ensure full legislative branch participation in determining and reviewing state policy and administration.

Sections 1 and 2 are effective retroactively to July 1, 2020.
