Removes the requirement that school personnel immediately report drug violations in drug-free school zones to school administrators, and administrators report to peace officers (previously required by A.R.S. § 13-3411(F)).

Eliminates the class 3 misdemeanor penalty for school personnel or administrators who fail to report drug violations in drug-free school zones (previously A.R.S. § 13-3411(H)).

Amends the school report card requirements in A.R.S. § 15-746(A)(5) to reference the removed reporting requirement in section 13-3411, subsection F, changing the citation structure but maintaining reporting of law enforcement incidents on school grounds.
