Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-327 regarding county treasurer duties for managing public monies and investments.

Adds new subsection J allowing treasurers in counties with a population exceeding three million persons to deduct monthly management fees from pooled income earnings.

Management fees must be jointly determined by the county treasurer and board of supervisors and are designated for operating the treasurer's office.

Any management fees exceeding the treasurer's office budget as determined by the board of supervisors must be deposited into the county's general fund.
