Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1450 regarding community college district board members' participation in employee benefit plans.

Changes language in subsection B.1 from "a board member" to "board members" (plural) to allow multiple board members to continue participating in health, accident, life and disability benefit plans after leaving the board.

Requires board members seeking continued participation after leaving office to have served at least six consecutive years and to have been covered under the plan while serving.

Board members and their spouses and dependents must pay the full premium for continued participation, with no expenditure of district funds.

Allows surviving spouses and dependents of deceased board members to continue plan participation if they pay the full premium and no district monies are expended.
