Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 15-1622 regarding board officer positions and organization.

Removes the comma after "secretary" and replaces it with "and" to clarify that the board shall select a president, secretary, and treasurer from its membership.

Adds the article "an" before "additional bond" to correct grammatical usage regarding treasurer bond requirements.

Makes no substantive changes to the powers or duties of board officers; constitutes a technical correction to existing statute language.
