Adds interest provisions to mechanics' and materialmen's lien statutes by requiring that laborers, service providers, and material suppliers have lien rights on construction projects for both the work performed/materials furnished and any applicable interest.

Requires that notice and claim of lien documents include a statement of the applicable interest rate and the legal basis for that rate.

Updates grammatical and stylistic language throughout sections 33-981, 33-983, and 33-993 of the Arizona Revised Statutes, including replacing outdated pronoun usage with modern equivalents.

Clarifies terminology and procedures related to filing liens, including definitions of "completion" and requirements for notice of completion documents to be recorded with county recorders.
