• Amends the workers' compensation tax provisions for authorized self-insured employers and workers' compensation pools under Arizona Revised Statutes title 23, chapter 6.

• Extends the deviation rate for calculating taxes and assessments from 10 percent through calendar year 2020 to through calendar year 2022.

• Applies to all authorized self-insured employers and workers' compensation pools in Arizona.
