Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 23-1302, which protects the right to work and prohibits compulsory union membership as a condition of employment.

Changes the article heading of title 23, chapter 8, article 1 from "RIGHT TO WORK" to "GENERAL PROVISIONS."

Removes protection for employees who exercise free choice regarding nonmembership in a labor organization from the list of retaliatory discharge protections in section 23-1501.

Becomes effective only if Arizona voters approve repeal of Article XXV of the Arizona Constitution relating to right to work at the next general election.
