Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 8-533 regarding grounds for termination of parent-child relationships.

Removes language stating that a parent's felony conviction can result in termination if "the sentence of that parent is of such length that the child will be deprived of a normal home for a period of years."

Retains termination grounds based on felony conviction when the crime itself (such as murder or manslaughter of another child) proves the parent's unfitness for custody.

Makes termination based solely on length of prison sentence no longer a standalone ground, narrowing when incarceration alone can trigger parental rights termination.
