Adds Chapter 19.1 to Title 36, Arizona Revised Statutes, establishing regulations for limited service pregnancy centers.

Requires that ultrasounds performed on pregnant women at limited service pregnancy centers must be performed by a licensed or certified health care provider whose scope of practice includes performing ultrasounds.

Defines "health care provider" as an individual licensed or certified under Title 32 to provide health care services in Arizona.

Defines "limited service pregnancy center" as an organization providing pregnancy counseling or information for a fee or free of charge that does not perform abortions, make abortion referrals, or provide contraception, and is not state or federally licensed.

Excludes health care providers, hospitals, abortion clinics, and family planning clinics from the definition of limited service pregnancy centers.
