Amends section 9-237 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding appointive officers in towns.

Removes the comma after "town marshal" and replaces it with the word "and" to clarify that town engineer is a required officer position.

Specifies that towns must have a town clerk, town marshal, and town engineer as mandatory officer positions.

Other officers may be appointed by the common council as deemed necessary through town ordinance.
