Creates and requires posting of a workplace anti-discrimination poster on the Attorney General's website that includes information on the illegality of sexual harassment.

Requires the division to develop a sexual harassment training curriculum for employers covering federal and state laws on prohibiting, preventing, and correcting sexual harassment.

Mandates all employers provide at least two hours of sexual harassment training to supervisory employees and one hour to nonsupervisory employees within six months of hire, with refresher training every two years.

Requires employers to provide additional training on harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation conducted by a qualified trainer or educator.

All requirements take effect January 1, 2021.
