Automatically restores voting rights upon final discharge or completion of probation for individuals with felony convictions, separate from other civil rights restoration.

Requires the Secretary of State to establish and maintain a website with information about voting rights restoration for persons with criminal history.

Requires probation departments to establish hyperlinks on their websites to the Secretary of State's voting rights information and post signs directing probationers to this resource.

Allows probation officers to provide probationers with information about voting rights restoration upon request.

Amends sections 12-254, 13-907, 13-908, and 41-121 of Arizona Revised Statutes to implement automatic voting rights restoration procedures.
