Appropriates $2,000,000 from the state general fund in fiscal year 2020-2021 to Maricopa County Community College District.

$500,000 of the appropriation must be used for students enrolled in career and technical education courses within the Achieving a College Education (ACE) program.

Funds must be used to increase high school student participation in the program and pay tuition costs for concurrent college courses, summer courses, and weekend classes.

Intends to increase the number of Native American students who complete high school, successfully transition to higher education, and increase overall college completion rates for program participants.
