Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3415 to remove "testing" and "analyzing" from the definition of drug paraphernalia activities in subsection F.2.

Removes language that would classify testing equipment "identifying or analyzing the strength, effectiveness or purity of drugs" as drug paraphernalia under subsection F.2(d).

Makes grammatical corrections throughout the statute, replacing "which" with "that" and updating phrasing for clarity.

Maintains all other drug paraphernalia provisions related to manufacturing, possession, delivery, and advertisement, with all violations remaining classified as class 6 felonies.
